A few people feel that inorrect posture just makes them look ugly. On the contrary, assuming wrong body alignment while sitting or standing predisposes an individual to a long list of health problems . To maintain correct sitting posture one can make use of good office equipments such as adjustable and swivel chairs with adequate padding and back support . To avoid muscle strain one could use a good external keyboard which is placed rightly at the elbow level and in this way shoulders remain relaxed while typing . 

To have a good standing posture it would advisable to wear flat shoes as they dont mess with one’s body balance. Always remember to maintain your lower back slightly arched inward, shoulders placed back , feet at shoulder width apart and chin up. Its never late to know how to correct your posture , it will certainly save you from a long list of ailments.
