Makes sure you use quite a bit of weight on the lat pull down unit. Often I see people using it with hardly any weight at all. To be honest that’s a complete waste of your time doing that.

Ok now we have the really effective Chest Press machine. This one you just press forward against the handles. You can usually adjust the height of the handles to suit you.

Your chest will be popping in no time at all. Give it a go! Now we have a real gem. The cable cross over machine. This is a large machine that has two cables. One either side.
